NVH kit seems pointless to me, my 2013 came without it. My dealer ordered the kit but on seeing it declined to fit it for the hours MMC said. When my chassis cracked in 2017 & was replaced the new one came with NVH by default. It seems to do nothing apart from changing the speed for peak BB whine. Its extra ballast for no benefit.
