So the spacers are uneven?
The springs are larger in diameter than the OEM springs and that necessitates offsetting that shock. When I was disassembling the rear suspension I noticed that the belt side had more preload on the springs than the offside, I suspect a manufacturing error in placement of the mounting tabs by a small amount. The Ohlins had the same distance difference in mounting tension as the Spax.
