Hogzilla hi, there has been a lot of talk about this both now and in the past.
Removal of the first baffle is the way forward.
The (pardon the pun) fat cat closest to the silencer, i think i`m right in saying it is a racing cat. So unless it breaks up there is really no benefit in removing it.

You will, for the front baffle need 2 x 12" extensions. Depending on how much noise you want, anywhere between 32mm and 38mm hole cutter.
Bi-metal hole saws may not be the best for cutting stainless steel.

Use a drill speed in the range 175-300 Rpm with cutting oil or similar.
