Richard I am so focussed on the Kevfitz epic that I hesitate to encourage thread drift. However, thank you for the diversion and yes I have some experience of the Otter brew and in fact G and I ordered a barrel of that fine beer for our wedding in Budleigh. Unfortunately Beatrice Potter was otherwise engaged and, though invited, didn't appear for her Ottery beer balancing trix. We also invited that other living literary legend and Budleigh Salterton resident Hilary Mantel but alas she was also busy; writing an epic or three, was her lame excuse. So we carried on without the celebs but now I think we should hand the mic to Kev and allow him to finish the tale.
