To be honest it was this picture that sent me off on the next part of the journey..I wanted to find out more about the owner if possible.

I posted detail of the car on a number of Citroen forums ..including chassis number,engine number and I received lots of information which confirmed build date,rarity and expected value.

All very interesting but it was when I posted the picture that I got an unexpected response....

One morning I fired up the computer and waiting in my inbox was a very interesting message which was the catalyst for a series of unexpected actions....
