It may sound easy to update cars with better technical and more efficient solutions....
Homologation is gone, if you do so.
To male this a solution worth heading for, there should be an extra lone for mass updates.
Otherwise the new homologation process does not make sense...

I have to admit the suggested solution mentioned before is far too simplistic to be a reality in my head.
