When I had problems with one of the control units and the vehicle would suddenly stop driving, my PlusFour was at the dealer for 2 weeks and the fault could not be found. I then contacted Massimo Fumarola and he and his team helped me immediately.
I would be the first to go this route and give MMC a chance.
I agree with Peter about the invoice... that is unacceptable.

I still have a technical question... which screw are we talking about? Is it the one John showed or a bolt inside the connecting rod gearbox.

I've only found one picture in my collection where you can see part of the rack and as an example a picture of a BMW steering rack from a spare parts catalog.
