And I hope that the intellectual drivel in the political absurdity of the world will allow me this freedom of choice for a long time to come.

However, usage also depends on the car and its quirks. Due to the weather, I've only driven about 500 km so far. I need to get used to the car, feel it, and listen to its sounds. Does a creaking noise mean a loose screw, or is it a built-in noise? Can I stop a draft, or is it always there due to the design? etc. The answer to these questions is how I plan to use it. In my daily life, I drive rather compliant and uncomfortable cars (Defender TD4 Softtop, Ineos, UniMOG). Based on my experience so far, the Supersport is the most comfortable option...

That is exactly how it should be used as and when it suits you. There are IMHO too many cosseted low mileage Morgans about that hardly see the light of day.a real shame. My Plus Four is my daily driver from choice, need to fix a few draughts, but come rain or shine its out there doing it;s job as a great means of conveyance, unfortunately the hood is always up as it's so wet here.but come the dryer months it will be hood down all the time.

Glad you are enjoying the car. The CX and CXV chassis are a real step change in the development of the Morgan sports car,.whilst still limited practicality, they are a very relaxed, enjoyable and can be very involving car to drive.......long may it be so. Best regards from a wet and stormy Lancashire.
