John, it's now much better than the original setup.......but unlike my Mercedes brakes where the bite is right at the top of the travel, (so I notice the difference in the Morgan far more) the Morgan pedal travel is longer, I'll see how it progresses in the coming months. I've booked it in for another service at Morgan Malvern next October, so I'll get them to bleed them again (if necessary). The cars only got 1600 miles on it now, I've only done about 800 or so miles (most of them motorway miles) in the 4 weeks since getting it, need to get some miles under its belt, and get rid of some of that newness.
