Another one bites the dust Its 16 months old and 8000 miles, crack just appeared in top left corner (nearside) one morning and has now travelled diagonally down. Car is used in all weathers, hood up and down. They are designed to withstand 115 mph top speed (so the book says), and the twisting loads of the flexible chassis, so it must be the edge of the glass in contact with something within the frame? I've tried phoning MMC but answerphone says annual holiday shutdown.
