My basic view is that manufacturers need to get smart about how they use forums, blogs and other social communities on the interweb. The best approach is to win over advocates who will promote your brand, rather than bombarding customers with propoganda, but that's a volte-face from the usual practice of advertising and PR.

Even more so with Morgan than other brands it's not about being 'the best', but in appealing to the individual wants of real people. What better way than to have those real people tell others how they enjoy their car?
