The Yokohama last 6000 miles
I see today à Michelin energy saver .
What do you think about it ?
My view of Michelin tyres is that they are generally very competent in all respects, but not necessarily the best (often out-performed in comparative tests by Vredestein, for example). On top of that, if you want a more expensive tyre than a Michelin, you usually have to make an effort to find it.
I suspect that this Michelin is too good for the rear of the M3W. For the same reason, I have decided I do not want a Vredestein either - it would probably be even better than the Michelin and definitely less expensive.
What I want on the Morgan's rear wheel is a hard-wearing tyre of good quality but moderate performance. I do not want too much grip.
