My take is that they have taken cost out of the chassis, which is a big plus: it is now a road car, not a race derived car. There is good and bad in that. That the V8 is now Euro 6 means they have another 10 years of use in both the Aero and the Plus 8.

The only negative I can see is you have to open the boot to fill up. In bad weather that might be a bit of a pain... wet luggage and all that. I think an internal boot cover is needed.

Also interesting that so far there are no photos of the soft top in a raised position... I'm waiting to see how that looks.
