The flat, upright screen causes a downdraught on the top/back of my head. The screen is like an airbrake! The headrest stops nearly all of it. Spray comes onto the inside of the screen, in heavy rain it just dribbles over the top. Wipers inside would be nice! Wind deflectors don't do much. I once had a cap blown off my head and down into my lap. I have a rear windstop and that helped a bit with the back of the head blast but it won't fit now, my rollbar means I need to modify the fitting to get it back. Water will always come over the top of the screen frame, blown by wind. It will only be stopped by a hood or some kind of catcher to channel it away. I'd like to see if a screen with a bit more rake would improve the back of the neck issue, but it won't stop water dribbling over. I have posted in another topic about a Bimini type top ( thanks Graham for giving the name!). Effectively a soft top without sides or rear. Handy in strong sun or showery weather. Might look odd though. I think most people just carry towels to mop up the water. The aerodynamics( or lack of...) mean there is a flow from the top of my head blowing forward into the inside of the screen...people in work knew I came in the Mog due to forward blown hair!
