But yes. i'll explore the wind tunnel idea as well. The two best would be the ones at Red Bull and Williams. Anyone have any good connections???
The designers have a CFD programme, but it is quite a cut-down version and not of the same accuracy or power of those used by the F1 Teams. Nevertheless, it should be able to show the airflow round the windscreen and the eddies and back flows.
It's probably worth talking to Jon Wells about it Peter.
P.S. To sort out the under-car airflow on the Aero's there were two bits of twisted metal that could be fitted at the front of the front wings and this helped prevent aerodynamic lift at the rear. Maybe something similar could be fitted to the Plus 8's to help sort out the airflow?
