Peter, what about some sort of deflector fitted into the louvres in front of the windscreen? Might take the air more gently over the top. Have you tested with and without sidescreens? I used to get wind in the eyes without sidescreens until I made a small triangle of perspex about the size of the palm of my hand and fitted it where the screen meets the dash. This takes the air just past my eyes and solved the problem. It's also virtually invisible on the car. Nick
