In my experience the speedo on most cars are inaccurate and read up to 10% higher, it's not just Morgans.
We have Ford vans that are electronically limited to 62 mph and staff report the speedo as reading nearly 70, but the electronic limiter is definitely correct.
Just think, when you belt past a speed camera it might be the difference of getting caught.
