Not expecting instant fixes and solutions but it's been some time since the issue of none answered emails and lack of customer focus was raised with him.....what changes and procedures have been put in place because nothing much seems to have changed since I had to engage Hereford and Worcester Trading Standards help to get the MMC to sort an issue on my 12 week old +8 back in 2002 that they were ignoring....


Yes, it's absolutely incredible, isn't it? It would cost practically nothing to install a simple issue tracking system. If I was at a loose end I'd volunteer to set up and run a quality monitoring program for free, and simply take as a bonus a percentage of all the money I saved them on warranty claims.
