I have tried, but failed to lose the weight I've gained over the last 40 odd years..! When I was 21 I weighed a tad under 11 stone. I want to lose 2 stone and get back to arround 11 stone.
So I think I need to follow his example: be let go by my employer,or retire, stop travelling and eating meals in hotels and get out walking and cycling.
A company expense account can be a dangerous thing....!
