This may just be me, but I was always under the impression that 'Strategic Reviews' were for the boardroom and those who steer the organisation. Whilst it's nice to be open and transparent, it does make me weary to keep reading such wordy and business like tomes in a hobby magazine.

There does come a time when all the Club does is argue with itself in the quest for doing something everyone agrees upon which, to be honest, may ultimately be something that no-one agrees upon but happens anyway..! And so it continues..

I have the utmost respect for those who steer this particular ship, it's a thankless task & the vast majority of the membership don't care unless it affects them either in the wallet or not being able to do some event they've always done since Peter Morgan blah blah..

The single word I find is missing within all of Miscellany is fun. Would a stranger read it & feel it's something for them?

That's the only test for me, I'm afraid.
