Mine most defintely has. I was told the 200 hours includes hours run at the factory. However, I do agree its alot.
Someone has added an extra zero on the hours. According to the S & S X-Wedge manual (admittedly longer stroke 117 CI engine) the first
two hours running sets rev limit to 4250rpm and from then on to
twenty hours 5125rpm. After that it's max 5800rpm.
