I have both the auto and the parrot. Currently looking at ways to make the parrot actually usable in the daytime with the roof off as it was designed to be installed flat in the dash not tilted up into the sunlight! A case of form over function unfortunately.

If I can't get it modified to work, will replace it with a Kenwood unit that can tilt the other way slightly out of the sunlight to make it more useable. My new Tesla is in at John Kleis having some interesting driver aids added and then they will be addressing the parrot issues.
