Good gracious that's pretty nasty
I'm not excusing the Morgan but the Peogeut looks to be going extremely fast and also I'm surprised it didn't just swerve to overtake as there looks to be plenty of space over on the right. The driver had time to slam the horn so had time to react and pull to the right surely
