Playing it in slow motion there is no evidence the Morgan driver turned his head to "check left"... culpable.
No evidence the Audi driver tried to avoid to the right, even though there is space on the road and from the lack of dive it suggests no serious application of the brakes. Also from the damage to the Mog the Audi driver was turning to the verge, not to the right lane. Together, and ignoring the speed, a serious lack of roadcraft.
Interesting how the ramp rear on the Mog almost flipped the Audi. A bit more speed and I think the Audi would have been upside down in the woods...
