Allstate Agent says the underwriter he spoke with won't insure M3W, but pretty sure some of you have insurance, anyone willing to give me your name so I can have quote replicated, sometimes it's a case of pointing out the obvious to them, if you don't want to post on open forum, would appreciate if you'd e-mail me at: julespilot@yahoo.com ... the agent has asked for a policy number, i know this is a big ask, but right now for regular insurance i have a choice of just one (state farm), allstate has better BBB rating so i'd really like to get a quote from them :-( ... on the bright side, our M3W has been delivered to LHR for airfreight out on Friday 6/30, yey!!

Thanks Mark for the JC Taylor, looking at their website, they have very little definition of their policy, but says "occasional pleasure drive ok", I suspect it will be much like Heacock in that you can go out to dinner in it but not for a loaf of bread or take it to work just for the fun of it, but I will certainly give them a call and add them to my list of quotes, thanks.
... contacted a different Allstate agent, evidently one that was a little more well informed and he told me Allstate would indeed underwrite it, just waiting on the quote ...
