Very fair comment Brian it does seem that the quality of the product has improved but the niggles remain, I guess it is the trade off for the uniqueness of a hand built car.
Trade off is a hand built car built *to a low price*.
Morgan can’t afford to be a Bugatti in terms of quality or customer service. The question is can they also afford NOT to be (seen as a) a quality manufacturer, or up the game on customer service? They are already hitting regulatory costs on the M3W, minimal wait list for the Trads.
I hope they can weather the storm. Perhaps their recent price hikes are to pay for more customer care and attention?
