Those are the "enduro" saddlebags. They were made hete in the states buy a guy in a shed as sort if a labor of love. The Originals were vacuum-formed plastic. When he passed away the business died with him, but a few companies now make fiberglass replicas of varying degrees of quality. All of them are fairly expensive, I don't know how many pairs made it to your side of the pond.
