Our dishwasher died on the 24th with 7 people at home.
The fastest delivery for a new one we could get was from Currys for Wed 27th. Against my better judgement we went with them, we have had issues before on washing machine.
The usual farce ensured stay in all day till they give you a slot. In fairness despite the 1 inch of wet snow they arrived on time.
The new machine arrives. The order spec is a white door. This one has no door just the underlying steel sheet. After 20 mins convincing the delivery guys we were right including pulling up their website of the item they agreed it was wrong.
Their boss then tells me they can deliver till Friday.
How do I complain I ask. They point me at Customer Service who frankly don't know up from down & tell me they can do nothing.
I then recheck the website & guess what it shows a Thursday delivery. Back on to CS and more lift music. Again they can't help but put me through to shipping who tell me "oh yes Sir the website is wrong, we have had issues all month you will be lucky to get it for Friday".
The red mist is now well and truly up & using the internet I found the CEO & COO. Their e mails are:-
