You arent seriously expecting the same sort of approach to quality from a tiny back street company like MMC and Toyota, one of the worlds biggest car makers?
Why not ?
There are companies far smaller than Morgan that have much better practices in place.
Many of the issues discussed on TM have little or no cost implication in order to rectify or improve.
