If this review is 'balanced' then I am disappointed that is has not 'blown the socks' off the reviewer. 3.5 'Stars'... pretty average.
On paper. A newly design vehicle. 90 something percent 'new'. Stiff bonded aluminium chassis, double wishbone suspension input from ex Lotus suspension engineer. Fantastic engine from BMW that gives the M140i at least '4 stars' from EVO... with nearly 500 KG more kerb weight to contend with.
So why... are we not looking at at least '4 stars'... maybe 4.5 - 5 stars in the 'segment'...
I really hope other reviews improve the 'appeal' of what looks to be on paper, a fantastic car! Roll on the EVO review...
