Does anyone know why Morgan has gone with "Plus Six" rather than the more logical "Plus 6"? The MMC website is consistent with "Plus 4" and "Plus 8" so they seem to have broken with convention.
I notice this thread contains the combinations "Plus Six", "+6" and "Plus 6", so I think I will call it the "+Six"
