Been a while since an update. I had a setback on the transfer case lid. The more I looked at it the more I was unhappy with the casting structure in the middle and once I discovered a crack in it that was enough for me to start over on it. Fast Forward and I have now re-cast the lid and done so in a manner that allowed me to mill all the caps into it. I am much happier with this version and will use it as a learning experience.

I also have the materials now to machine the Intermediate housing as well and they will be next after I complete the transfer case.
