Between yesterday and tonight I was able to get the flywheel stub shaft turned down and splines milled in for a perfect fit. These are 32 count 30deg. PA involute splines and is typically found on a Chevrolet TH-400 transmission. I am now complete with all the driveline splines. (thank goodness, they are an art to make) I put the assembly in my lathe and turned it up to 1200 rpm and there was no vibration or out of round issues.
