As someone has pointed out, Brake Reaction Stays seems to be a slightly misleading name, not being properly descriptive of the effect felt at the steering wheel. If I were to baptize these again, I would choose Front End Stabilizer Stays or the like. The effect is easily detectable but moderate (in my opinion), but considering the low cost and non-complicated fitting, it is something I highly recommend.
