I believe that the following is technically feasible:

Leave the S&S engine and exhaust pipes in place, but gut it of all internal components. The visual impact of the iconic 3W remains; (something the latest iteration from Malvern will never achieve).
Remove entire drivetrain to rear wheel.
The above will bring a huge simplification of known issues, as well as significant weight reduction.
Install battery bank under bonnet. Electric motor replaces bevel box, and drives rear wheel via existing belt system. Possibly, weights will be compensated.
Install "Barrio Blaster" sound system that coordinates with foot pedal rheostat position and puts out V-twin noise for the "de rigeur" sound effects.

Constructive comments welcome, and I especially look forward to the gents' ideas from Casa Grande and Port Orchard. I have access to engineering sources presently manufacturing electric aircraft tugs, and believe that the concept may have commercial feasibility.
