I like what they did to the rear lights, looks more classic car like.
From a reliability point of view, i like the idea of intergrating the indicator lights into the headlights. The seperate indicator lights tend to corrode internally due to ingress of water.
On the other hand, the headlights (specially made for Morgan) will cost a fortune when they need replacing.
The headlights themselves look a bit “hollow”, perhaps they look better when switched on, which is what one should always do when driving.
No idea what the new springs and dampers will do, particularly the effect of the upgraded suspension option. Curious to learn more about this in a side by side comparison.
I am very disappointed that there is no LSD still.
Also, I had hoped for a redisign of the hood mechanism to provide more shoulder space when chair is moved back to accommodate taller peron. In that sense my Roadster is more accommodating.
I am not sure the direction the company is taking, will lure in more enough new customers. Many long term Morgan lovers, cannot afford these prices and will not upgrade to Plus levels. They will need to wait a couple of years when the depreciated Plus cars get traded in.
