The plate requirement should be interesting as running without a front plate and a motorcycle sized rear plate will more than likely end up with being pulled over by the police! It doesn't matter if it correctly meets the requirements, you can't expect all coppers to know that........and they will probably want to have a good look at the car anyway wink
