It's nice that we have a controversial topic. Admittedly, I find my 4/4 increasingly classic compared to the new Super Sport. But on the other hand, I think the Super Sport hard top and rear lines are incredibly courageous and unique. As others have said, there is a factor of getting used to it. The Super Sport may not appeal to everyone, but in my opinion, it is much more original than a fifth rehash of a Trad. If you want a Trad, you can choose from many, as I did. I could no longer afford a new Super Sport at this stage in my life, but that's not the point. I'm happy for everyone who gets one and would be delighted to finally see the first one on the road.
Incidentally, when the BMW Plus8 came out, it was supposed to be a car that looked like a traditional model on the Aero platform. I always thought the proportions of the rear end looked a little ‘bent’ with a strange angle. I much prefer the new Super Sport design in its originality.
