There are a host of points made on this thread, many more than by myself. I didn't start the Morgan vs BMW analogy (though I do see relevance in it). I chose my words carefully, tried to be balanced, was clear that the discussion was intended to be constructive, acknowledged that this is a "nice" site, introduced a bit of humour with the "Three Musketeers" analogy (you did see the

didn't you?) following the "Factory Visits
So, come on guys, you have your views, I have mine, but be assured that all my comments above and in the previous posts are rooted in a genuine desire to improve MMC quality and viability to the mutual benefit of the customer/owner and the company alike.
Let me say first of all that I found your reference to "3-musketeers" totally unnecessary, in that in the context of the post it implied that we're not objective and operate group think, and you are totally objective - based presumably on your purchase of a 2005 Plus 4? Or was it some other criteria, maybe you can elucidate?
Whilst Andy and Simon are friends, there as far as I'm concerned the Morgan relationship starts and ends there. We are from very different backgrounds and that is just one reason why I find your glib grouping, based on limited knowledge quite offensive!
I don't work for MMC, nor am I paid by them in any way, but I have bought a number of Morgan's and whilst not perfect - in fact far from, I think that the Works try very hard to give the customer a positive experience.
It is very easy to snipe from the side lines, but anyone who has run their own business knows the difficulties involved in satisfying customer expectations and I wonder if you have ever been in that position?
You now say delete my account, but it's more difficult to fess up and defend your corner. MZ live up to you name and let us hear from you?

Let us know on which basis you hold such negative views about the company and its staff, or maybe its just TM (though I don't know what we've done to offend you) or are you just a troll? We need to be told?
Sorry to be very direct, but I do come from Yorkshire!
