There is no-one else to complain to, the factory seems to have adopted a policy of silence on these matters, sadly, so what else can folk do but discuss them here?
Your contract is with the supplying dealer, why not "complain" to them?
Having read the content on this site I have not witnessed anyone suggesting those who believe they have a genuine concern should not attempt to resolve it. What I have interpreted is people questioning what posting on a net forum will accomplish and why those, who are unhappy, are not in dialogue with the dealership in question to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

You are obviously confusing "baiting" with being fed up with people trying to limit what can be said, and how it can be said - to the extent that they argue that no problems should be posted about, because a problem should be between the person in question and their dealer.
Or, perhaps, it's "baiting" when calling you and others out on their arguments, and show what the effect would be if we all heeded them?
Excellent job
Remember, no matter what problem you have in the future, keep it to yourself and your dealer. No talk of modifying or fixing anything, and no asking for help. Just like you want everyone else to act.
AQM you look for monsters where there are none and stifle conversation by being a bully. You can type your rhetoric for others to read but as of now you are on my ignore list so I will have the pleasure of not being able to see your obnoxious rants.
