In other words, you may be tired of reading the arguments, but I can assure you I'm at least as tired of reading the blinkered fanboyism oozing from so many apologists on here.

AQM, do you own a Morgan?

Yes. But I fail to see the relevence, to be honest.

Even if I didn't, that wouldn't make it okay to attempt to stop people from posting their problems, or try to gloss over problems to the extent that some people would prefer if only positive things were said, and any problem ignored. I am countering the idiocy that is the attempt to stop anyone from posting anything but positive thoughts and questions, to counter the just as idiotic "Don't post about modifications", and if you do any sort of modification to make it better, you're either "trying to make it into a GT car", or "trying to make it into an SLK".

It doesn't matter of the topic was something else than Morgan vehicles, it's the ignorant reasoning I'm countering, which most people ought to have caught up after I have countered this ad nauseum. Yet, it seems that whenever someone realises their arguments is shyte, someone else comes along with a similarly ignorant pseudoargument, asking once again why I don't buy the stupid argumentation. This is one of those times. It doesn't matter one iota whether or not I own a Morgan. That has no bearing on why it's horrendously stupid to suggest that people on a forum should keep their mouths shut if they have problem, and that it doesn't matter what problems there are, since when the thing works, it gives you a lot of joy. Or, the equally stupid one of trying to claim that because the 3W is retro in the style department, therefore we should expect and accept no more than vintage quality, and in the case of bumpsteer, even expect and accept something that is worse than the vintage equivalent.

The relevance is simply that first hand experience, over an extended period of time, is the best measure of a product. Would you disagree with that? Thus, I was wondering if you were commenting as an owner with a first hand appreciation of the topic being discussed.

I won't reply to the rest of your post because it seems exceedingly angry and unnecessarily antagonistic.
