I know an Aston Martin guy who´s car spends most of the year in a service station.
Owning a fun/toy car one has to be able to afford it.
Annual service costs of £500- £1000 were quite common with my Honda Goldwings (mostly new tyres were required with each service)
It's not the cost for me, I presently run around 7/8 toys, although down from 14! it's the hassle/time factor.
