Possibly true, but not if you were an early adopter, the only hope of selling a 2012/13 model, for a price which doesn't reflect too much depreciation, is to someone who hasn't read these forums, of which there seem to be quite a few, in the business world it's called due diligence.
I don't think we would have minded so much if MMC had behaved fairly and in a gentlemanly manner.
