I stated early in this tread that "Morgan don't treat their customers nearly good enough". I wish to retract that as its not the case at all.I was Wrong!!
A warranty repair has been arranged without me having to make a fuss - it was granted ( new steel sprocket for my dec 2014 build) in less than 36 hours through Bell and Colvill. Morgan themselves even contacted me to advise when the steel sprockets would be available. First class service which i had sort of hoped/expected when i bought into what is a pretty exclusive brand.
So, for the record, Morgan customer service is OK! Often forums highlight problems, which is great, but i feel its important to give praise where its due in order to give an accurate picture/balanced view.
TOTH event was fantastic too and credit must go to Morgan for putting it on.
