really sorry to hear your news Stewart - but grateful that the water seems to be receding.
My sister lives in Cockermouth (thankfully, her house is OK) and of course,they have been through this all before.
The only comfort to take is that most everything can be repaired or replaced and that things will get back to normal.Pleased that the Mog. seems to have escaped unscathed too.
