I simply can not imagine anyone knowingly spending £45/50K of hard earned cash on desirable imperfection, whatever that may be.
People don't spend £50k on a Morgan because it's better built and engineered than a Jag F-type, do they?
People are quite happy to spend 10 times that and more on flawed vehicles. Just look at the prices of vintage Bentleys.
