What is special to one individidual is mundane to another. I am quite sure and in fact know several people who would love to own a Boxter (if they could afford it) and consider Boxters special. They like the look of a Morgan but consider it an anachronism and old hat. As has been said before one mans favourite food is another's poison.
Surely "mundane" = common. "special" = rare. In other words the boxter would be special if built in the same numbers as the Morgan. That would make seeing one or riding in one that much more of a event.
I'm not knocking the boxter. Its way more of a car in an engineering sense than a morgan, as indeed are the typical mass produced family saloons. Its also way more common and far less quirky.
