I've pm'd Simon with my thoughts on this. For the price of that 1800B - a V8 Roadster is not much more and this one is still on SU's, so nothing hi-tech

MGB's are pretty good except for sticking fuel pumps and batteries if stood idle for long periods. The big advantage is the Heritage shell - so rot shouldn't be an issue. I could also be tempted by a TR6..............
