Only thing I would add is , I would think twice about using a Dremel to do this , as they produce very fine dust , not swarf like a good sharp file makes.
And they spray it about, so you dont quite know where it is going.
You can see all the swarf you make below where you file.
Probably a personal opinion , but for this job I would stick to a quality rat tail file.
Also the aluminium is quite soft , so its not as if its a chore. From memory about 1/16" comes off - 2 mins work tops. Well detailed in the supplied S&S instruction sheet.
