The standard fuelling map has limits on how much adjustment to the injector pulse it will allow, if you run past this limit you will get a Check Engine light and the mixture will be incorrect. The experienced dyno operator at Krazy Horse in the UK told me that running at less than 3/4 throttle, in closed loop, for a time would be OK but going over that and running a lean mixture will damage your engine. You need an (unlocked) ECU with a map for the Stage 2 set up you are running, or risk damaging your expensive S&S engine. No point in doing all the Stage 2 stuff and running at under 3/4 throttle all the time, is there?
